Highlights - This property management company enlisted Aleo Prime to handle 11 properties of their portfolio in the Kansas City Metro. The majority of the properties were income based Multi-Family and/or Senior Living. We did complete turn key lighting retrofits to LED on all there buildings exterior and common space lighting. Rebates and Incentives Aleo Prime found, paid 100% for these Projects making them positive cash flow after month 1.
