Program Overview
Gates Bar B Q is a commercially zoned restaurant and bar. The property faced several challenges including a poorly lit kitchen, bad color rendering on the bulbs in the main dining area, mismatched color temperatures on the bulbs in the main floor, and some burnt out bulbs. The original lighting included a mix of T12/T8 fluorescent lamps, CFL A19, Incandescent BR30, and Halogen PAR16. Because of inefficient equipment throughout the building, Gates Bar B Q was losing money to energy waste and maintenance. Aleo Prime found a Controls and LED lighting program for immediate savings, with minimum money out of pocket.
