WARRANTY INFORMATION
All LED fixtures, retrofit kits, drivers, and bulbs have a 5-year manufacturer's product warranty. Manufactures product warranty does not include Act of God, issues with existing electrical/ wiring conditions, non- compatible existing switching/ dimmer conditions, existing ballasts when plug and play LED bulbs are installed, and environmental issues that can affect the integrity and lifespan of the LED equipment installed. Any labor needed for replacements of the LED product is at the expense of the customer. Equipment installed that is not Lighting shall fall under the manufactures warranty per the manufacture’s guidelines. To file a product warranty claim, please send a picture of the failed equipment and a detailed description of the location of the failure to support@aleoprime.com upon customer notice of the issue. If the Customer has an un-paid “Cost After Subsidies”, then the un-paid balance must be paid in full before the Customer can make a warranty claim. If balance is un-paid the warranty shall be null until the balance is paid in full.
